Flavius Petru Bogdan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Flavius Petru started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Honeywell in October 2016, where they worked until August 2017.

In 2019, they worked at EDUCATIVA, first as a Presenter from January to June, and then as a Call Center Operator from June 2019 to January 2020.

In 2020, Flavius joined Brainspotting | Technology Recruitment as an IT Recruitment Researcher. Flavius Petru played a significant role in supporting the Romanian IT&C industry's growth by connecting talented candidates with top employers.

Currently, Flavius is working as a Talent Specialist at UPPER, a position they have held since March 2021.

Flavius Petru Bogdan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the West University of Timisoara, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the same institution from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Flavius attended Grigore Moisil Highschool, where they focused on informatics until their graduation in 2015.
