Marlin Deva

Marlin Deva currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at UPS since February 2024. Previously, Marlin held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Pershing and BNY Mellon Operations from November 2022 to November 2023, leading recruiting efforts in India. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at Citi focused on process standardization and improvement, and Senior Project Manager at KellyOCG, where responsibilities included recruitment and onboarding for Citicorp Services India. Additional experience encompasses HR Senior Recruiter at The World Bank, Case Manager Lead in HR at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and various HR roles at Scope International and Ajuba Solutions. Marlin's educational background includes ongoing PhD studies in Management at VELS University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from St. Joseph's College of Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Stella Maris College.
