Joydeep Roy

Joydeep Roy has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Most recently, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Upshop starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Applied Data Corporation (ADC) starting in August 2018, where they also served as the VP/ Head of Engineering from March 2018.

Before joining ADC, Joydeep worked at Redilearning from January 2012 to January 2017, where they held the roles of SVP - Technology Services and Vice President - Technology. At Redilearning, they were responsible for product development, roadmap planning, and other technology initiatives.

From November 2005 to January 2012, Joydeep worked as the Executive Vice President at MindGrid Technologies. Joydeep also held the position of Senior Project Manager at IBSS from 2003 to 2005.

In addition, they worked as an Instructional/ Elearning Analyst at Cordys (now OpenText) from November 2001 to July 2003. Joydeep started their career as a Consultant at Lanco Global from September 2000 to September 2001 and as a Systems Analyst at VJIL Consulting from June 1997 to September 2000.

Joydeep Roy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Osmania University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their high school education. Joydeep also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
