Job Title: Personal Assistant to founders

Job description summary:

Roles & Responsibilities: The Assistant to the Founders will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organisational support, helping them manage their tasks. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver, an efficient multitasker and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. -Schedules meetings and appointments and complete calendar management -Manages Travel/Visa/Expenses -Maintains organisation charts and internal email aliases -Schedules and coordinates special events and meetings as needed (company event, off sites, lunch/ dinner engagements etc.) -Manages leader’s schedules (during their visit to India) and creating detailed travel itineraries -Supports leader’s direct reports with administrative work -Coordinates closely with Workforce Management, Recruitment, Human Resources and other teams within the office -Coordinate work-related errands as needed

Ideal Candidate: Crisp in communication - good communication skill is a must Someone with 8+ Years of experience in the relevant field Proficient in coordinating across multiple time zones Demonstrates expertise in using software tools like google sheets, excels, powerpoint etc. Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills are a must Someone who is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable at managing their work-load and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment Demonstrate discretion and proficiency in handling sensitive information, exhibit strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the ability to multitask is essential.
