Katresa Jones

Katresa Jones, MHA, CPHQ is the Director of Practice Transformation Operations for Upstream USA. She leads partnership engagement and manages relationships with health centers for Upstream in coordination with a team of quality improvement staff. Katresa has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with expertise in project management, data analytics, strategic operations and quality improvement.

Before joining Upstream, Katresa served as a Patient Safety Coordinator at Atrium Health, where she provided oversight and guidance for the implementation of patient safety initiatives and project management for safety culture improvement. At the core of the work was a focus on harm reduction, error prevention and understanding the root causes that contribute to patient harm. Throughout her career, she has established a proven track record of successful team facilitation, leadership and project execution.
