Katerina Matthaiou

Katerina Matthaiou is currently the Head of Product & Growth at Upstream where Katerina leads the team in identifying new opportunities, defining go-to-market strategies, creating compelling pitch materials, and monitoring regional sales pipelines. With a background in product innovation and digital account management, Katerina has driven successful campaigns and product development initiatives. Prior to their current role, Katerina held positions in international commercial executive roles and digital content management. Katerina holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Athens University of Economics and Business and a BA in Communication and Advertising from Panteion University.
