Ignacio Lizarralde is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Lead at Upwork since March 2019, Ignacio has played a pivotal role in enhancing client retention and platform growth through innovative engineering solutions and has led key initiatives to improve user acquisition. Prior to this, Ignacio contributed to the Upwork Enterprise Team as a Senior Backend Software Engineer, developing scalable backend solutions for enterprise customers.
