Neha Mathur

Neha Mathur is an accomplished human resources professional with over 15 years of experience. Neha is currently the SVP of Human Resources at Urban Company. Prior to their current role, Neha held senior HR positions at Uber, General Electric (GE), Accenture, and Reckitt Benckiser.

Neha has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational growth. At Uber, they were responsible for heading up HR for the IndiaSA and Korea Ridesharing businesses. During their time at GE, they served as an HR Business Partner. And at Accenture, they were a Principal in the management consulting practice.

Neha began their career in HR at The Coca-Cola Company in 2003, where they rose to the role of Asst HR Manager. In this role, they served as an HR Business Partner for Sales.

Neha has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Neha Mathur has a MA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a Bachelor of Business Studies from College of Business Studies, DU, and certification from Insights in certified Insights Discovery Coach.
