Mark Kinnee

A Senior Vice President and associate of the firm, Mark A. Kinnee, PE, oversees the firm’s design and construction services for highway/bridge, national construction consulting and ports, waterways and environmental departments.

A vital member of Urban for over two decades, Mark's experience is strongly rooted in the design and management of highway engineering projects and features a diverse range of public and private clients throughout the tri-state area. His portfolio includes several notable projects for the Delaware Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.

Mark's passion outside of work is spending time with his family, his wife and two daughters, whether it is coaching soccer, going to lacrosse tournaments, watching dance recitals or supporting his daughters’ school plays. Fueled by his inspiration of overcoming challenges and achieving goals – he avidly runs marathons and has done so for more than 10 years, now having completed 9 full marathons including Philadelphia, New York, Chicago and Boston. He is already planning his 10th.

A Professional Engineer in PA, DE, MD, NY and NJ, Mark is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and American Council of Engineering Companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Villanova University.
