Laurens van de Rotte

As Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer of HEINEKEN USA, Laurens oversees all supply chain operations from our breweries in Europe and Mexico until our beer reaches the customers in the US. This includes Distributor Ordering and Supply Chain Collaboration, Customer Care, Product Quality & Innovation Management, Ocean Freight, Warehousing, Transportation, Network Optimization, S&OP and Supply Chain Planning, all in full collaboration with our breweries and logistics partners. Laurens has been with HEINEKEN International for nearly 20 years in a variety of leadership positions in Supply Chain and Sales. Prior to his current role, Laurens was Director Customer Service & Logistics Europe based in The Netherlands where he led the continuous improvement of the end-to-end supply chain for 22 countries in Europe. Laurens is a graduate from Erasmus University Rotterdam and he currently lives in Connecticut with his wife and 3 children.
