Diana Flores (She/Her)

Lead Manager, Programs CSI at Urban Initiatives

Diana dedicates her time to managing 3-5 Resource Coordinators (RC) at 4-5 Community School Initiatives (CSI) partner schools. Her primary role is to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of each RC to ensure organization goals, grant deliverables, and performance standards are met. She also collaborates with school administrators to ensure partner satisfaction.

Diana was born in the northside of Chicago and moved to the Pilsen neighborhood at the age of five. As the daughter of Mexican Immigrant parents, she is proud of her Mexican heritage. Diana has experience coordinating one of the largest Latino festivals in the Midwest, and is a leader in her community, passionate about youth empowerment. She is excited to continue working and investing in the Chicago communities to empower the youth and our children to become leaders. In her free time, Diana enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and cooking.
