KyJuan Hardin (He/Him)

As CSI Vendor Manager, KyJuan dedicates his time to securing and managing all vendor relationships. He is responsible for the oversight of vendor partners and supports resource coordinators in effective vendor management. He conducts vendor observations to ensure vendors are meeting our quality standards and makes recommendations to resource coordinators and directors. He will conduct research based on community needs to determine potential vendor relationships. He manages daily vendor operations.

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, KyJuan attended Kenwood Academy and immediately began working with youth sports programs after graduating. He believes that sports play an essential role in both physical and emotional development- sport has been a safe haven in his own life. He started with Urban Initiatives in 2016 and has continued his growth and development by taking on new roles. He is now excited for his new role as a leader for the CSI team.
