Katherine Fallon is currently a Senior Policy Program Manager at Urban Institute. Prior to this role, Katherine served as the Director of Housing Policy at Ohio Housing Finance Agency. With a background in research and policy development, Katherine has worked on various projects focusing on affordable housing, implicit bias in STEM fields, racial and spatial inequality, and reputational risks for Fortune 500 companies. Katherine holds a BA in Public Policy and International Affairs and Urban Studies from Princeton University, as well as a PhD and Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
