Carys Lowe has been working in the customer service industry since 2016. Carys began their career as a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Fat Badger in 2016, before moving to a Contact Centre Executive role at TALENTStream UK in 2019. Carys is currently working as a Customer Operations Specialist at Urban Jungle Insurance, as well as an Energy Specialist at Bulb.
