Colton Katzen

Colton Katzen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investments and asset management. Currently serving as AVP of Investments at Urban Moment since October 2021, Colton previously held roles at Virtus Real Estate Capital from August 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included Associate, Asset Management Analyst, and Senior Housing Asset Management and Acquisitions Intern. Colton's early career included positions as Asset Management & Acquisitions Intern at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC and Student Housing Asset Management Intern at Virtus Real Estate Capital. Additionally, Colton gained experience as a Project Management Intern at PM Realty Group and worked as a Contractor for North Texas Contracting. Colton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and studied Economics at the University of Navarra in 2017.
