Joe Dias

Joe Dias is an experienced professional in the field of reward management, currently serving as the Head of Reward at Urban Partners since October 2023. Previous roles include Head of Reward at Actis and BGF, as well as Compensation Manager at Schroders. Joe has a background in various reward advisory positions, including work at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Bank, focusing on corporate and investment banking incentives. Joe also managed HR projects at CIBC World Markets and began a career in recruitment at CIBC. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Learning from the University of Toronto and a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources from Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
