Jiayuan Wang

Jiayuan Wang serves as the General Counsel at URBAN REVIVO since March 2022 and is the Founder and CEO of yourlawyers.cn, a legal service platform established in August 2017. Previously, Jiayuan held various legal roles including General Counsel and VP at Youzu Interactive, overseeing legal matters for gaming and entertainment, and General Counsel at Dentsu Aegis Network, managing legal affairs across China. Other experience includes serving as Legal Manager at Tesco China, a lawyer at AllBright specializing in M&A, and a Junior Associate at Linklaters, focusing on corporate law and M&A in China. Jiayuan holds a Master's degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from SOAS University of London and a CPE from BPP Law School.
