Frank Proulx

Frank Proulx has been working as a data scientist since 2015, when they started out as a consultant with Vehicle Data Science. Frank then took on a role as a Graduate Student Instructor- Physics at UC Berkeley, before becoming a Graduate Student Researcher with SafeTREC. In 2016, they joined Alta Planning + Design as a Senior Planner / Researcher, and became Data Science Practice Lead at Toole Design Group in 2017. Frank is currently Senior Data Scientist at UrbanFootprint.

Dr. Frank Proulx received their PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Frank also holds an MCP/MS from UC Berkeley in City and Regional Planning and Civil Engineering, as well as a BA in Environmental Studies and BS in Physics from UC Santa Cruz.

They work with Dhruvi Kothari - Solutions Data Analyst, Koshy Thomas - Data Scientist, and Tyler Bradford - Solutions Data Analyst. Their manager is Moorea Brega, Director, Data Science.
