B. Sandeep

B. Sandeep is currently the Farm Manager at UrbanKisaan in Bangalore. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Officer for the Government of Andhra Pradesh from August 2019 to November 2020. In that role, they worked with ASYARD-NGO to improve irrigation and livelihoods of farmers by increasing irrigated area, local productivity, and strengthening institutional and marketing capacities of farmers by forming FPOs (Farmers Producing Organizations).

B. Sandeep studied B.Sc. Agriculture at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Afterwards, they pursued Intermediate in Biology and General at Viswasai Junior College. B. completed their SSC education at Vasista E.M High School with 89%. B. has also received certifications from Brio Agri Producer Company Ltd. in How to grow color capsicum successfully under protected cultivation in cocopeat media and Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Rural Agriculture Work Experience Programme (RAWEP).

Their manager is Dr.Narsi Reddy, Senior Scientist Research and Farm operations. B. Sandeep works with Susheel Yadav - Farm employee - Kanha, G.Jayanth Kumar - Farm Incharge, and R Dhanaji Nalavade - Farm Manager - Vardhaman farms.
