Reports To: Management

Wage: $18 - $20

FLSA Status: Non- Exempt

JOB DESCRIPTION

Description: Food Hall seeking service attendant with the ability to maintain clean and organized spaces.

Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in a comparable position Professional appearance, (No headphones, hats, or loose pants), excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Role & Responsibilities:

• Complete opening and closing procedures in a timely manner.
• Teamwork- work with members of service team including housekeeper, bartender, vendors.
• Prepare common area for patrons by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Ensure all booths in the facility are stocked and ready for service.
• Ensure cleanliness of the overall facility (empty trash cans to trash room, clean tables and floors, sweep and mop, clean windows and doors)
• When required restock napkins, trays, handsanitizer
• Perform hourly, daily, and weekly cleaning, maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of all cleaning supplies, maintenance supplies.
• Welcome guests, guide them in the food hall (to the bathrooms, vendors booths, etc.)
• Close dining facility by cleaning tables and putting up chairs; sweeping and mopping floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
• Know and understand vendors food offering and location.

Physical abilities: Must be able to lift and carry 60 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time. Ability to communicate well and maintain positive interpersonal relations with co-workers and guests.
