Mark Woollard

Mark Woollard has over 25 years of experience in software engineering. Mark began their career as a Freelance Software Engineer in 1991, providing consultancy services for the Environmental Research Group of Kings College London. In 2004, they became a Staff Software Engineer at Flexera Software (formerly Acresso Software, Macrovision Corp), where they developed the next version of their FLEXnet licensing and copy protection system. Mark also worked as a contractor for Telocator Ltd, Novar PLC, and BIW Technologies. In 2009, they became the Owner of Tap Tapas LLC. From 2012 to 2016, they served as Principal Engineer at Newforma, leading a team of 4 iOS developers and 2 QA. Mark then became Head of Mobile and Head of Mobile, iOS at UrbanThings in 2016.

Mark Woollard attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a degree in Computer Science.
