Shivani Mehta

Shivani Mehta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shivani started their career in 1996 with British Airways in Flight Operations. Shivani then worked with Cambata Aviation Pvt Ltd as a Senior Supervisor from 2000 to 2006. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Terminal Duty Officer and Project Lead of DISHA Academy at GMR Group-Delhi International Airport Pvt.Ltd. Shivani later joined Centum Learning Limited as the Head of Service Delivery for South & West India from 2014 to 2016. Shivani then served as the Area Head for the India chapter of Justice and Care from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they founded and managed their own entrepreneurial venture, SIA Dreams Pvt.Ltd, which involved sourcing merchandise for airlines and creating brand awareness. Shivani then worked at Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Limited as the National Head of Training & Development from 2019 to 2022, where they developed and implemented training programs. Currently, Shivani is working as the Head of Training and Development at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. since 2023.

Shivani Mehta has a Bachelor's degree in Education from Delhi University. Shivani attended St Francis De Sales School from 1980 to 1993, where they focused on English Language and Literature. Shivani later returned to Delhi University to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. Shivani also holds additional certifications as a Certified Life Coach from Cocoweave Coaching International, which they obtained in July 2021, and as a Certified Learning & Development Manager from Middle Earth HR, which they obtained in January 2015.
