Joy Gilbert

Joy Gilbert serves as the Vice President of Operations for US Bioservices where she leads the specialty pharmacy’s centralized patient care services, benefit verification and copay assistance services, telephonic and national in-home nursing programs and 7 nationwide pharmacies. Leveraging more than 20 years of operations management experience, she works to enhance US Bioservices’ patient-focused service model by optimizing business processes, maintaining accreditations and achieving key performance metrics with a strategic focus on executing new lines of business and technologies.

Since joining the US Bioservices team in 2009, Ms. Gilbert served in several roles including Director of Intake Operations and Senior Director of Client Services prior to her tenure as Vice President of Operations. Ms. Gilbert earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver.
