Alisa Ragghianti

Alisa Ragghianti has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of process excellence and program management. Alisa recently joined US Foot & Ankle Specialists in 2022 as the Vice President of Human Resources. At One Call, Alisa held several positions, including Director of Process Excellence from January 2020 to April 2022, Manager of Process Excellence from September 2016 to January 2020, and Dental + Doctor Strategic Program Manager from January 2009 to September 2016. Alisa'sexpertise in process improvement and program management is evident throughout their career.

Alisa Ragghianti obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they also earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from One Call in July 2017.
