Charles Fulmer

Charles Fulmer is an accomplished Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in both military and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving in the US Navy since September 2011, Charles has directed an aviation unit, overseeing 130 personnel in maintaining the F/A-18 Super Hornet while developing operational support plans. Previously, Charles worked at Travis Industries as a Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities included the development of manufacturing execution system software to enhance production efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as an Assembly Manager at Tesla Motors, significantly increasing production capabilities for the Model S and Model X, and holding various roles in the US Navy, including Maintenance Officer and Information Technology & Communications Officer. Charles holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the United States Naval Academy.
