Cristian Cardona

Cristian Cardona, M.S. is a qualified professional in kinesiology and sports science with a diverse background in coaching, fitness consulting, and health management. Currently serving as a Naval Aerospace and Operational Physiologist for the US Navy since July 2024, Cristian previously held positions including Lead Head Coach at Orlando City SC and Fitness Consultant at Northstar Fitness. Cristian's extensive experience spans several roles focused on athlete development, personal training, and youth sports instruction, with a proven track record in enhancing performance, injury prevention education, and implementing holistic training programs. Cristian earned a Master's degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida.
