Tamara has also worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach and a Head Volleyball Coach at The University of Findlay and Olivet College, respectively. Tamara also holds a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a specialization in Sport Administration from Michigan State University. Tamara has pursued post-graduate studies in the Ph.D. program for Business Administration and Management, General at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
