Alissa Old Crow

Alissa Old Crow is a seasoned design producer with diverse experience in user experience research and design management. Currently employed at USAA as a Design Producer since July 2024, Alissa previously held positions such as Manager of Product Design at Dialexa, an IBM Company, and Senior User Experience Researcher at JPMorgan Chase & Co. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Alissa focused on mapping customer journeys and conducting extensive research to identify pain points across various business lines. Prior roles at USAA involved facilitating design research, optimizing internal processes, and managing research projects. Alissa's background includes research coordination at Baylor Scott & White Health and multiple roles at the University of Florida, culminating in a strong foundation in design and education, supported by a Master's degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Florida.
