Julie Puchot

Julie Puchot, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people services management, talent development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of People Services Management at USAA since May 2018, Julie leads a team of approximately 100 professionals, overseeing HR shared services and operations for 37,000 teammates. Prior to this role, Julie held various HR leadership positions at USAA Federal Savings Bank, Rackspace, HEB, MedCare Pediatric Group, Marlborough Equestrian Center, and Blue Bell Creameries. Julie's expertise includes strategic HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development, supported by education from Harvard Business School and Texas A&M University, where a Bachelor of Science in Journalism was earned.
