Krithika Jeyaraman

Krithika Jeyaraman is a seasoned professional in product management and business process consulting with extensive experience in workforce planning, performance analytics, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Director at USAA, Krithika has held multiple leadership roles, including management of claims workload planning and forecasting, and optimization of workforce performance. Previous positions include Faculty Manager at Kaplan, where Krithika oversaw a team of graduate course instructors and engaged in special projects to enhance student experience.
