Tom Troy

Tom Troy is currently the EVP, Chief Transformation Officer at USAA and also serves as an Advisor at CSAA Insurance Group, where Tom has held various leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer. With a background in insurance spanning over three decades, Tom has extensive experience in roles such as Executive Vice President at Allstate and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Tom has also been actively involved in various boards including the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, Bay Area Council, and California Chamber of Commerce. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University.
