Tom Davenport

Tom Davenport has extensive work experience in various roles within the insurance and financial services industry. Tom started their career as a Vice President at Nuvell Financial Services, where they focused on strategic initiatives, complex planning, systems, and process redesign. After working at Nuvell Financial Services for almost 10 years, Tom joined USAble Life as a Director, where they served until 2012. Tom then held the position of Service Executive at USAble Life for a year before moving on to Transamerica, where they worked as an Associate Vice President, specializing in enrollment technology. Currently, Tom is the Senior Director of Product Development at USAble Life.

Tom Davenport completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended the University of Arkansas from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued English Language and Literature as well. Tom later obtained various professional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in December 2020, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) qualification from The Braintrust Consulting Group in August 2019, and a Kaizen Leader certification from the Acuity Institute in June 2018.
