Katie Tritschler

Research Director at Glass

Katie Tritschler has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Research Director at Glass, which they joined in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Egg Strategy, where they held various roles, including Associate Director from 2022 to 2023, Senior Strategist from 2021 to 2022, and Quantitative Strategist from 2020 to 2021. At Egg Strategy, they partnered with clients across multiple industries, led research projects, and managed internal and client communications.

Before joining Egg Strategy, Katie worked at NetPop Research as a Research Associate from 2018 to 2020. During their time there, they designed and analyzed quantitative market research projects and collaborated on quantitative and qualitative research initiatives for technology and internet companies. Notably, they led global customer satisfaction surveys in multiple languages and countries.

Katie also gained experience in research during their time as a Language and Cognition Research Lab Assistant at Carleton College from 2017 to 2018. Katie also interned at AuSIM, Inc. as a UX Research Intern in 2017, and at Temple University as an Infant and Child Lab Research Assistant Intern in the same year. In 2016, they interned at Gauss Surgical as a Sales and Marketing Intern.

Katie Tritschler has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science from Carleton College, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. In 2018, they also completed the Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, receiving a certification in the program.
