Adam Jacox

Adam Jacox is the Vice President of Engineering at Hatch. Adam has previously served as the Head of Engineering Brazil at Podium and as a software engineer at The Other Firm and TinyTorch.

Jacox has extensive experience in web application development, product management, and software engineering. Adam has expertise in various programming languages and technologies, including Ruby, Rails, Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Knockout.js, jQuery, HTML/CSS, AWS, Docker, ElasticSearch, Bootstrap, Git, and Google Maps API.

Under Jacox's leadership, Podium's first international engineering office in Brazil was built and launched successfully. At TinyTorch, they increased monthly recurring revenue by 112% while reducing per user cost. Adam also re-architected the platform to handle scaling, which allowed the company to schedule millions of marketing messages on behalf of tens of thousands of users.

Adam Jacox reports to Chris Bache, CEO & Founder. They work with Jason Dolan - Director of Business Development, Sean Coughlin - Director of Sales, and Erik Stromness - Chief Revenue Officer.
