Erika Spoden

Erika came to URI after cultivating experience ina variety of work environments, from developing university curiculum to designing UX research protocol at a data science company to moderating Customer engagement studies at Microsoft. A graduate of NYU, Enka holds an interdisciplinary M.A. and enjoys applying her diverse qualitative research background to empathetic problem-solving in technical spaces. She considers it a privilege to shine a light on individuals and find out why they do what they do.
