Mercedes Taketa has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they worked for Userlytics as a Software Sales and SaaS U/X Research professional. Her role included developing Screeners & Test Scripts, A/B Testing, Heat Maps, and Testing Web, Prototypes and Multi Devices. Mercedes also conducted Moderated & Unmoderated Studies, IDIs, Quantitative & Qualitative Research, Card Sorting, Tree Testing Web Architecture, Diary Studies, 1st Click, Annotations, Highlight Reels & Metric Analysis. In 2021, they worked as a U/X Testing professional, conducting UX/UI End User Testing via Userlytics and UserTesting, as well as Crypto Researcher & Deep Dives and Crypto Investor. Mercedes Taketa has a varied educational background. In 2000, they attended Helicopters Adventure Inc. HAI Rotorwing Pilot School to pursue a Helicopter Pilot field of study. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Vertical Helicopters & Sirius Helicopters Palo Alto, though no field of study was specified. Currently, Mercedes is enrolled in the FinTech Blockchain Program at the University of California, Berkeley, and is in the process of obtaining a degree from SheCodes in Coding Languages.
