Maricel Lomónico (She/Her) has over 8 years of work experience. Maricel started their career in 2012 as an HR Generalist at SMW AGRO. In 2015, they moved to Lenovo as an HR Service Center Specialist. In 2016, they joined EY as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2017, they worked as a Sr Talent Partner - IT Business and a Ssr Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT Business at Mercado Libre. In 2019, they became a Tech Recruiter at Nu. In 2020, they worked as a Talent Attraction Manager for IT HUB at Kavak.com and as a Talent Business Partner for Tech, Product and UX at iánigo. In 2021, they were the Head of Talent at Glide. Currently, Maricel is a Lead Recruiter at Speak and a Mentor at OZOM Builders.

Maricel Lomónico completed the HR Management Program at Universidad de Belgrano in 2019. In 2020, they completed the HRBP, Executive Program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Maricel is currently enrolled in the Coaching Ontologico- Programa de transformación personal y coaching (PC1) at Protagonista de Cambio, which they are expected to finish in 2021. Maricel has also been studying Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Capacitarte since 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Instituto Superior de Formacion Docente n° 129 between 2005 and 2009.
