Paul White

Paul White has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Paul started their career at NBA as a Manager in Consumer Products Licensing in 1996. Paul then moved to MTV Networks and worked as a Senior Director in Program Enterprises from 1998 to 2005. Paul joined HBO as a Director of Licensing in 2006 and later worked at USTA as a Director of Licensing and Retail Development from 2007 to 2012. Paul then became the Principal of Select Branding, LLC in 2012 and served there until 2013, when they joined New York Cosmos as a VP of Licensing, Merchandising, and Retail Development. After that, they worked at Iconix Brand Group as a VP of Business Development in 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they were the VP of CPG Operations and Licensing Partnerships at XFL. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Consumer Products Group at the United States Football League (USFL) since 2023.

Paul White has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
