Sonia Serrano

Sonia Serrano began their work experience in 2006 at Texas Wesleyan University, where they held various roles including User Support Specialist, Inventory Technology Coordinator, Database Administrator/Programmer, Reporting Database Administrator, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Systems Integration Analyst. In 2018, they joined US Health Group as an IT Business Data Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Lead Data Warehouse Analyst in September 2019.

Sonia Serrano received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Science from Texas Christian University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice and in Microsoft Professional Program Data Science from Microsoft.
