Arun Ashokan's work experience begins in 2006 as a Technical Support Executive at Sutherland Global Services, where they provided technical support for HP laptop customers in the US region. Arun also assisted with troubleshooting user problems related to operating system issues, network connectivity, and other technical issues. In 2008, Ashokan worked as an E Relationship Associate at RediSolve Software Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted targeted analysis of customer pain areas and managed order status, shipping upgrades, and returns. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Executive at Sutherland Global Services, providing advanced technical support to customers. Arun then joined HFN IT Services Private Limited in 2010, where they held various roles including Support Analyst Engineer Process Lead, Product Analyst Practice Lead, and Manager Delivery and Configuration. In these roles, Ashokan provided automation solutions to clients, conducted product demonstrations and trainings, and supported clients from requirement gathering to deployment. In 2019, they joined Ushur as the Lead of Solutions Engineering.

Arun Ashokan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thangavelu Engineering College between the years 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their High School education with a focus on Computer Science from Sai matriculation higher secondary school from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Arun Ashokan received a certification as a Ushur Certified Pro - Level 1 from Ushur in October 2021.
