Denise Naedele has held various roles throughout their work experience. Starting in 1997, they worked as an Office Manager at United Wall & until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Charles J. Sellers & Co., Inc. as a Property and Casualty specialist. Following that, they joined First Niagara Bank in 2012 and worked as a Client Account Marketing Analyst/Commercial Lines Select Field Representative until 2017. In 2017, they became an Account Executive at Key Insurance & Benefits Services Inc until 2018. In 2015, they also served as the Treasurer for the Hamburg Hawks Hockey Association. From 2012 to 2022, they worked at USI Insurance Services, serving as a Vice President, Personal Risk Specialist, and later as the Personal Risk Premier Team Lead, VP. Currently, they are involved with the BUFFALO CPCU SOCIETY CHAPTER INC, where they have held various positions such as Secretary, treasurer, Vice President, President, and currently serves as the Past President.

Denise Naedele CPCU, CPRIA, CIC, CPRM, AAI, ACSR, API, AIS obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications, including Elements of Insuring to Value from the Private Risk Management Association (obtained year not provided), Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor from the Private Risk Management Association (obtained year not provided), and CPCU in Good Standing from The Institutes, obtained in December 2020.
