Ben Padgett

Ben Padgett is a Project Engineer at USNR since January 2017, previously serving as a Manufacturing Engineer within the company. Responsibilities include reviewing project scopes, designing upgrades in 3D CAD, creating manufacturing drawings, and coordinating with shop teams to streamline production processes. Before USNR, Ben held the position of Mechanical Design Engineer at Miller Manufacturing, contributing to the development of equipment for lumber manufacturing. Earlier experiences include internships at EDBM and Christensen Yachts Inc., focusing on prototype development and material testing, respectively. Ben's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and an Associate of Science from Clark College.
