Nitra N. Rucker has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, with a focus on talent management. Currently, they are the VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), where they lead the development and execution of strategies in these areas. Prior to this, Nitra held the position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Talent Acquisition at USOPC.

Before their time at USOPC, Nitra worked at KeyBank for several years in various roles. Nitra N. served as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Engagement Manager, responsible for driving the company's DE&I employee initiatives. Nitra also completed the Math and Science for Minority Students (MS)2 Program at Phillips Academy from 1989 to 1991. In 2023, they participated in the LSI - Tuck Executive Leadership Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. Additionally, Nitra obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in February 2023.
