Liane Williams

Liane Williams, PHR has extensive experience in the field of Total Rewards and Wellbeing. Liane currently holds the position of Director Total Rewards and Wellbeing at US Pharmacopeia since January 2023. In their role, they are responsible for developing and implementing compensation and rewards strategies and programs to support the organization's business objectives. Prior to this, Liane served as the Interim Head, Global Total Rewards at US Pharmacopeia from April 2021 to February 2023, where they led a team in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefit programs.

Before joining US Pharmacopeia, Liane worked at Five Guys Enterprises as the Director - Global Benefits from October 2016 to March 2018 and as the Associate Director of Benefits and Compensation from January 2015 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Benefits Manager at Hanley Wood from February 2013 to January 2015. Liane started their career at Lockton Companies, LLC as an Employee Benefits Account Manager, where they worked from July 2007 to February 2013.
