Arianna Deming has extensive experience in the fields of human rights, immigration, and data analysis. Currently serving as Supervisor and previously as Senior Analyst and Analyst I for the CyberTipline at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since January 2017, Arianna has played a key role in addressing critical issues related to child exploitation. Previous positions include Refugee and Immigrant Program Intern at The Advocates for Human Rights, where Arianna provided support in legal research and client communication in both Spanish and English, and Data Analysis Fellow at Polaris, focusing on human trafficking data. Additionally, Arianna contributed as a Board Member for Minnesota Uruguay Partners of the Americas and completed an internship at WATCH, monitoring court cases involving violence against women and children. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Minnesota, complemented by foundational studies at The George Washington University and Stillwater Area High School.
