Chief, Plans, Policy, Ops at United States Strategic Command

Jeff "Bull" Durham has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jeff "Bull"'smost recent role was as Chief of Plans, Policy, and Operations at the United States Strategic Command starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served in various positions in the United States Air Force, including Squadron Commander, Senior Intelligence Officer, Chief of 325 Fighter Wing Intelligence, Chief of Acquisition Intelligence Branch, and Executive Officer of the 480 ISRW. Jeff "Bull" also held positions such as Geospatial Flight Commander, Chief of Targets at the 609 AOC, and Deputy Chief of AFCENT/A2 Targets Division. In 2017, they served as the Deputy Chief of Targets Division for Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Earlier in their career, they were Chief of 33 RQS Intelligence and Intelligence Analyst/Executive Officer of 18 OSS in the United States Air Force. Jeff "Bull" also worked as Chief of Combat Rescue Intel in the 33 ERQS.

Jeff "Bull" Durham has a strong education background, with a focus on military strategic intelligence and international studies. In 2010-2011, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Military Strategic Intelligence at American Military University. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they attended Virginia Military Institute and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies and Political Science. Additionally, in 2012, they had a brief period of study at the USAF Squadron Officer School. In 2015, they attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College, although the degree and field of study for this program are unspecified.
