Rebecca Alcorn

Rebecca Alcorn is an experienced training manager and corporate trainer with a comprehensive background in educational program development and employee training. Currently, at the University of Tennessee since July 2016, Rebecca has served in multiple roles, including Training Manager and Curriculum Coordinator, designing training materials for reputable clients such as the CDC, FDA, and DoS. Additionally, Rebecca provides training for UT Federal Credit Union, focusing on various employee training initiatives. Leadership roles include serving as President of East TN Trainers' Roundtable and as President-Elect of ASTD Smoky Mountain. Rebecca's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Instructional Practice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master's in Business Education from Middle Tennessee State University.
