Oaklee Nelson

Oaklee Nelson is a dedicated professional with a background in recruiting and behavioral sciences. Currently serving as a People & Culture Recruiter for the Utah Jazz since December 2022, Oaklee is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including coordinating with hiring managers and planning hiring events across Utah. Previous experience includes a role as a Registered Behavior Technician at ABS Kids, focusing on data accuracy and session structure during ABA therapy, and as an Administrative Patient Care Coordinator at Serenity Mental Health Centers, where Oaklee managed communication for patient care. Earlier roles include working as a Recreation Assistant for the City of Orem and a Cashier at Target. Oaklee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of Utah.
