Marianne Winter

Marianne Winter has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sr Business Analyst at UTC RETAIL since 2015. In this position, they gather requirements, develops software enhancement specifications, and ensures deliverables meet business needs through testing and troubleshooting. Prior to that, Marianne worked at Winter Services, LLC from 2005 to 2015 as the Owner and consultant for Quaterion Solutions LLC. During this time, they successfully coordinated client needs and managed internal project teams while also creating detailed documentation for project baselines. Marianne began their career in 1999 at JDA Software as a Sr. Implementation Specialist, responsible for integrating software with client hardware and operating systems. Marianne also conducted analysis sessions to align client practices and created project plans and functional specifications for timely and successful implementations.

Marianne Winter holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Marianne also obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2010.
