Aarti Sarin

Aarti Sarin has extensive work experience in customer success and project management roles. Aarti is currently working at Util as the Vice President of Global Customer Success, where they provide evidence-based data to the largest asset managers in the world to assess the sustainability of companies.

Prior to Util, Aarti worked at Daon as the Vice President of Customer Success for the Americas, where they focused on developing and deploying biometric authentication and identity assurance solutions worldwide.

Before their role at Daon, Aarti was employed at Interos Inc as the Director of Customer Success, Commercial, and later as the Director of Customer Success. At Interos Inc, they were responsible for driving customer success strategies.

Aarti has also held roles at Unanet, where they worked as the Director of Customer Solutions and Senior Business Consultant, and at Audi of America, where they served as a Senior Project Manager.

In addition, Aarti has experience working as a Business Ownership Coach at The Entrepreneur's Source, where they helped individuals explore alternative career options in franchising and business ownership.

Earlier in their career, Aarti worked at The Centech Group as a Senior Project Control Manager/Business Manager for the US Customs and Border Protection and at Lockheed Martin in various roles, including Account Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Staff Systems Engineer.

Throughout their career, Aarti has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer success skills.

Aarti Sarin has a strong educational background in business and information systems. Aarti obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Decision Science and Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 1995 and 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution from 2001 to 2004.

Additionally, Aarti Sarin has further enhanced their qualifications through certifications. In 2008, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in February 2019, they achieved the Certified TBM Executive (CTBME®) certification from the Technology Business Management Council.
